I am currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, College of Public Health, at the University of Georgia (UGA). I also serve as Associate Department Head and Graduate Coordinator and as Director of the Health Systems Modeling Core of UGA’s Health Informatics Institute.

My research focuses on data analysis and modeling to study the spread and control of infectious diseases, mainly influenza, tuberculosis and norovirus.
